Our story
Straight Talk, Solid Work
Jimarez Auto Repair has built its name on doing the job right and telling customers exactly what is going on with their vehicle. Rafael walks every customer through the diagnosis in detail before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
We specialize in transmission rebuilds, taking on jobs other shops in the area quote at two to three times our price, and we stand behind every rebuild with a full warranty. From simple oil changes to complete transmission swaps, we work on personal vehicles and company fleets alike.
We also work with customers on payment arrangements while their vehicle is being repaired, because getting back on the road shouldn't wait on a lump sum.
- Detailed, honest diagnosis before any work begins
- Transmission rebuilds backed by a full warranty
- Flexible payment arrangements available
- Trusted by fleets and referred by local tow drivers
What customers say
“Best mechanic in Hesperia! I won't go anywhere else, the only bad thing hes always super busy with cars, he's honest and explains in detail your diagnose, hes very experienced, its hard to still find a auto repair shop like this still.”
“A very GOOD mechanic. I took my Chrysler in because the transmission had toasted up on me and he rebuilt it at a very affordable price compared to other shops in the area. He did a wonderful rebuild on the transmission and gave me a 1 year 12,000 mile warranty. He tells you whats wrong, he let me do payment while he worked on my car.”
“First time at Jimarez, referred by tow truck driver. I'm happy with the outcome. Sr. Rafael was kind, knowledgeable in his work. I feel confident to come back and refer others to his business. Car runs great!”
